Operations. Systems. Automation.
Systara helps growing businesses get out of operational chaos with hands-on operations support, AI setup, and systems that hold up as you scale.
Sound familiar?
Most growing businesses hit the same wall. The work is coming in, but the way things run behind the scenes can't keep up.
The Systara Pilot
A focused engagement where I map where your time actually goes, set up the right AI tools and follow up systems around your real workload, and leave you with a playbook your business runs on.
We map your current workflow, find the biggest time drains, and set clear goals for the month.
You get a custom toolkit and implementation plan built for your business, not a generic template.
I set up the tools, build the systems, and train your team to run them. Setup, not just advice.
You end the month with a written playbook of everything we built and a clear plan for what's next.
Investment
$2,500
2 pilot spots per month, so every client gets real attention.
For context: a full time operations hire runs $65k+ a year. This is one month, hands on, and the systems are yours to keep.
Have an executive assistant? Even better. I train them to run everything we build, so the systems never fall back on your plate.
Beyond the pilot
The pilot is the front door. Here's the full picture of how Systara supports your business.

About
I spent over 10 years as an executive assistant and strategic partner to C-suite executives across healthcare, technology, and corporate organizations. That seat gave me something most consultants never get: a front row view of how businesses actually run day to day, where things slip through, and why. Keeping complex operations moving was my job, from leading cross functional projects to streamlining processes to catching the gaps before they turned into problems.
Today I'm a Certified AI Specialist and Certified AI App Builder with an MBA, and I've spent recent years inside a fast moving AI agency, building and running the systems that keep real client businesses moving. That path shapes how I work: I don't just understand the technology. I understand the operational problems you're actually trying to solve, because I've lived them from the inside of businesses like yours.
I started Systara because I kept meeting owners who were talented, busy, and completely buried. Not because they weren't capable, but because nobody was minding the systems. My mission is simple: make AI and operations practical, approachable, and genuinely useful for every business I serve.
How we work
Every system is designed to grow with the business, not just solve today's problem.
We turn confusion into clear processes, clear roles, and clear next steps.
We don't just deliver tasks. We take responsibility for results.
We work alongside our clients, not just for them. Their success is our success.
Systems exist to serve people. We never lose sight of the humans on both sides of the work.
Questions
Established, growing businesses, typically 1 to 20 employees, that already have revenue and clients but are growing faster than their systems can keep up. Too big for spreadsheets and memory, too small for a full operations team. Any industry.
No. If you have one, I'll train them to run everything we build. If you don't, we build the systems around you and keep them light enough that they don't become another job.
The platforms growing businesses already run on for CRM, project management, and automation, plus the AI tools that fit your workflow. We start with what you already own before adding anything new, and on our call I'll tell you exactly what I'd recommend for your business.
I don't hand you videos and wish you luck. I'm inside your business doing the setup with you. You end the engagement with working systems and a written playbook, not a to-do list.
The playbook is yours to keep either way. Most pilot clients continue with ongoing support as their Fractional Operations Partner, but there's no obligation and no pressure.
I take 2 pilot clients per month. It starts with a 15 minute call so we can both make sure it's a fit, and if it is, we usually kick off within a week.
Book a 15 minute call. Worst case, you leave with one practical idea you can use this week. Best case, you never chase a follow up again.
